Chicago Golf Trip Guide: No Laying Up and The Fried Egg Take on The Windy City

The golf world is heading to Chicago for the 2026 Presidents Cup. But how good is the Chicago golf scene? Often overshadowed by coastal golf destinations, Chicago offers a vibrant public golf scene alongside its incredible food and tourist sites. For every "Cloud Gate" (The Bean) and Willis Tower (The Sears Tower), there's an equally impressive golf course in Chicagoland.

Join Andy and friends as they explore the Windy City with their golf clubs and their stomachs. They stop at classic Chicago courses like Sunset Valley, The Evans at Canal Shores and Mt. Prospect Golf Club. And while they're on a quest for a classic Chicago Italian Beef, they give many must-eat recommendations including the best places for pizza, burgers, tacos, Chicago hot dogs and much more.

The boys visit some of the iconic public courses in Chicago including the Donald Ross classic Ravisloe, newly restored The Evans at Canal Shores, 36-hole Harborside and The Glen Club.
