Junior Fire 12

The Junior Coaching Program provides students with the opportunity to learn and practice advanced techniques, and to apply these skills on the course. It is ideal for competitive juniors who aspire to participate in tournaments or become part of their middle or high school teams. Each session includes 50 minutes of group instruction, followed by a mini-game or challenge to evaluate the students' abilities.

Class will meet at the far end of the driving range. You can drive or walk through the parking lot to arrive at our meeting spot.

Join PGA coach Matt Ruggiere in a weekly series of lessons held in a relaxed, non-intimidating atmosphere with your peers. Players of all ages and abilities come together to sharpen technique, enhance strategy, and improve their overall golf IQ—all while having fun in a supportive environment.

**Ladies 101**

Have you ever wanted to step onto the golf course with confidence and grace? Our Ladies 101 Series is the perfect starting point for women new to golf who are eager to learn the fundamentals of golf in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Join your PGA Coach for this weekly series of lessons in a non-intimidating atmosphere with your peers. In the Ladies 101 Lesson Series, women of all ages who are new to golf come together, with a focus on networking and learning new golf skills at the same time!

Ladies 101 (Beginner)

Open to all skill levels, our golf clinic is designed to support junior golfers at every stage of their development. Whether they are just starting out or aspiring to play at the collegiate level, our expert coaching and advanced training tools will help them refine their skills and reach their goals.

**For beginners:** We focus on building a strong foundation, covering fundamentals such as grip, posture, and alignment.

**For advanced players:** Our experienced coaches provide high-level instruction, utilizing training aids and technology to enhance performance.

**Each session includes:**

✔️ A focused full swing lesson with access to launch monitors for in-depth shot data analysis

✔️ Short game practice, including bunker shots, pitch shots, and putting

✔️ Engaging mini-games and challenges designed to develop purposeful and effective practice habits

Middle & High School Golf Clinic

The Junior Golf Clinic at [The Lab 301](https://www.thelab301.com/) is designed for kids ages 6–12 to learn the game through fun, hands-on instruction. Led by **PGA Coaches [Langston Frazier ](https://www.pga.com/coach/LangstonFrazier)and [Sumayah Arcusa](https://www.pga.com/coach/SumayahArcusa)**, this clinic focuses on building fundamental skills, confidence, and a true love for golf in a positive, encouraging environment.

Whether your child is brand new to the game or looking to improve their swing, this clinic provides the perfect balance of learning and play—helping young golfers develop both on and off the course.

Golf clubs will be provided, but you are also welcome to bring your own.

The Lab 301 Junior Golf Clinic

The “Swing Tune Up” series will run every Saturday from 11:30-12:30. This is a drop-in clinic with no multi-week commitment. **_(Online registration required)_** Every week we will split the time between one full swing topic and one short game topic. Open to all skill levels; come enjoy and learn the small adjustments that can make a large difference in your game!

Swing Tune Up Series

If you are looking to lower your scores and have more fun, it is time to get on the golf course with me and show me your true golf game. You will play 9 holes in a foursome with other students so that I can learn your game and create the most effective plan to ensure you achieve your golfing goals.
